Oppo has launched the Reno 10 Pro+ 5G in South Africa, making it the first market outside of China to launch the device.
The company launched the smartphone at an event in Johannesburg on 29 June 2023, where it showcased its major features.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ features
The Reno 10 Pro+ is an interesting entry into the premium smartphone market in South Africa, adding more variety to the segment.
The main highlight of the device is its camera capabilities, with its MariSilicon X NPU powering AI capabilities that contribute to the phone’s photography features.
For its main camera, it features a triple-lens setup. This includes a 64MP telephoto lens with a large 0.5-inch sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX890 lens, and a 112-degree 8MP ultra-wide angle lens.
On the front, it features a 32MP selfie camera.
Another highlight of the device is its performance. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging. In South Africa, the phone includes up to 12GB of RAM plus 12GB of extended RAM.
It also has a 1.5K 6.74-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone includes a 4700mAh battery capacity.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ price in South Africa
Contracts for the Reno 10 Pro+ start at R899 per month on a 24-month contract. The phone will be available in early July.
It carries a recommended retail price of R22,999.
