Huawei has launched its latest Nova device in South Africa with the availability of the Huawei Nova Y91 — a mid-range smartphone featuring a 7000mAh battery.

Huawei Nova Y91 features

The Nova Y91 includes a variety of interesting features, including a large 7000mAh battery. This battery delivers up to 29 hours of local video playback, according to the company.

It also features a 6.95-inch display, making it one of the larger screens on the market. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a 6.8-inch display. The Nova Y91’s display has a FHD+ (2376 × 1080 pixels) resolution with a refresh rate up to 90Hz.

For its main camera, the smartphone includes a 50MP AI dual camera. This setup includes a 50MP main lens and a 2MP depth lens.

For the selfie camera, it features an 8MP lens.
